We accept items for refund of the purchase price (less the cost of shipping) or for exchange within 30 days. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges after this time. Email Sales@PhilosophersGuild.com or call 718-243-9492 for instructions on how to initiate a return for refund or exchange. 

To ensure a timely replacement or refund, contact Customer Service to report any damage or defects immediately upon receipt.  If a refund is requested, and the items are eligible for return, a refund will be processed on the same day the item is received by the customer service representative.

Items are eligible for return only if:
·      unused
·      in the original / same condition as received  
·      returned with any associated paperwork, packaging, or accessories

Unworn t-shirts or slippers may only be exchanged for a different size.

Gift Cards and items sold as / marked “Fond Farewells” or “Clearance” are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

If you received an item from The Unemployed Philosophers Guild as a gift, you are not eligible for a refund. However, you may return your item for exchange or UPG store credit.
